DEFINITIONS

This website is operated by Mindful Meals. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” refer to Mindful Meals. Mindful Meals offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

 

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By

accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

 

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

Our store is hosted on Wix. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

 

DEFINITIONS

a) Client a person using the services of Mindful Meals.

b) Meal Plan refers to the main product and service purchased by the Client from

Mindful Meals.

c) Cooler Bag refers to the portable insulated bag that carries all meals for the day.

d) Cut Off is the set time that any request or changes on the Meal Plan need to be

finalised.

e) Paid Wastage refers to cancelled delivery which is still considered as a paid meal and

will no longer be added to the plan.

 

CONDITIONS

a) All Clients who have completed their order are deemed to have agreed to these Terms & Conditions from their registration until the end of their plan and upon renewal.

b) Client acknowledges that the results of the Meal Plan depend on various factors including age, lifestyle, activity level, medical conditions, starting weight, motivation, and consistency, etc. Weight loss results may differ from person to person.

 

PAYMENTS

a) Full payment must be received a minimum of two business days before the desired start date for either a new or renewal meal plan otherwise food delivery does not proceed.

b) Payments can be made online on Mindful Meals website by either debit/credit card.

 

MENUS, PLAN COURSE, DIETARY PREFERENCES

a) Meal Plans are amended according to the calorie ranges assigned for each Meal Plan.

Daily calories may vary slightly depending on the meals chosen each day.

b)  Mindful Meals will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to any food consumed if notice was not given in advance about a dislike or allergen. It is advised to disclose all dislikes and allergens before starting the plan.

c) Other change requests, such as additional dislikes, will be applied to the Client’s Meal Plan two business days after receiving such notice.

d) Mindful Meals reserves the right to refuse a Client under the following cases: With any severe medical condition. Mindful Meals does not intend to provide any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Therefore, the company and its affiliates do not take any responsibility and are not liable for any negative outcome as a result of the Meal Plan for Clients who are suffering from any medical conditions.

With any life-threatening food allergies such as gluten, or celiac disease. Our kitchen is not

gluten-free certified. Spice allergies e.g. cumin or black pepper (all plans). Gluten-free modification requests for all plans. Other specific diet requests which are not offered by Mindful Meals.

 

DELIVERY

 Deliveries are made based on the agreed start date, location, and delivery slot. The delivery slot is a time frame during which our delivery service will make the delivery.

⚠️ Mindful Meals does NOT guarantee any other specific delivery timing requests.

Mindful Meal delivery in Dubai is between 5AM – 10AM. Any changes to the Client’s delivery must be made two business days in advance: any last-minute changes are subject to confirmation from the Customer Service Representative.

 

COOLER BAGS

a) Each Client is assigned with a set number of Cooler Bags and ice packs.

b) Cooler Bags and ice packs must be returned to Mindful Meals within five days after the subscription ends. Our Customer Service will schedule the collection by informing the Client about it in advance.

 

FOOD STORAGE AND LABELS

a) Upon receiving the chiller bags, all food should be kept refrigerated at 4°C or below.

Follow reheating instructions on the label.

b) Food must be consumed within 24hrs upon delivery.

c) All dishes are labelled with the following: meal name, reheating instructions, meal-type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, etc.), calories and macronutrients (fat, carbohydrates, protein, and fibre).

 

PAUSING

a) Any Meal Plan pausing requests must be submitted with a minimum notice period of two business days. If the notice period is not respected, at least one day Meal Plan will be considered as Paid Wastage and will be deducted from your total plan days even if the

Client selected not to receive the delivery on these days.

b) Full month Meal Plan can be paused only once and for a maximum of 30 days.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND

a) Mindful Meals encourages all Clients to fully commit to their plan as scheduled. Any

reason that can hinder results and overall satisfaction must be brought to the Client Service Representative for an immediate and appropriate solution.

b) ⚠️ Mindful Meals has no refund policy.

If the Client wishes to cancel the Meal Plan, the Client may transfer the remaining days to a family member or friend and provide us the new address.

c) Any Meal Plan cancelation requests must be submitted with a minimum notice period of two business days.

 

WEBSITE

a) Mindful Meals is a trademarked name, company, and brand. Any infringement will lead to persecution in UAE courts. Mindful Meals may terminate the privileges of any user who uses this Site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defines or fair use exemption to do so.

b) Online materials are Mindful Meals intellectual property and are protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. Online materials may not be copied or

redistributed either in whole or in part without the prior written consent of Mindful Meals, except as expressly and specifically permitted under these Terms & Conditions.

c) Mindful Meals reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
