  • How are the meals delivered?
    Our meals are freshly prepared, packed in cooler bags with ice packs and delivered in temperature-controlled vans to maintain the maximum freshness and quality of the meals. The cooler bags will be left outside your doorstep. You will receive a SMS or a WhatsApp message informing you that the meal plan has arrived.
  • Where do you deliver? And what are your delivery timings?
    We deliver across Dubai. Our timings are: Morning: 6am – 11AM Evening: 8:00PM – 10:00 PM
  • What if my schedule changes? Are you flexible?
    Very – we’re a subscription-based service! Our plans are completely flexible. You can skip anytime of the week that doesn’t work for you. Pause and resume anytime. All we ask is you let us know, giving us a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.
  • Can I try your food before I commit to a monthly package?
    We understand the importance of trying before committing. That’s why we offer a convenient five-day trial package that allows you to experience the deliciousness of our food before making a monthly commitment. Simply sign up and select the trial package option to embark on a culinary journey like no other.
  • Do you accept food intolerances and ingredient exclusions?
    Absolutely! We understand the importance of catering to food intolerances and specific dietary needs. Our meal plans are designed to accommodate up to three ingredient exclusions of your choice. If you have additional exclusions beyond that, please reach out to us through any of our communication channels, and our team will be more than happy to assist you in customising your meals to suit your needs.
  • What food containers do you use?
    We use eco-friendly recyclable packaging with very limited use of plastic. We encourage our clients to recycle all our containers and use their own cutlery.
